Adult Friendly, Toddler Approved Dinners

I wanted to share with you all some meals that I found on Pinterest recently that has had my family has been loving, even Caleb. They are simple to do, let's face it most meals need to be simple with a 13 month old, and great taste, which is a must!

Lemon Chicken Asparagus Stir-Fry (I added some mushrooms in for another veggie)
Go, make this now, here on Skinnytaste

Made this for dinner last night, another dish, make it stat! Juicy, delish chicken that will provide leftovers for chicken tacos, enchiladas or curry chicken salad the next day.

Lastly, roasted chicken, carrots and potatoes from here, pop it in the oven and an hour later you have dinner!

All of these dishes are toddler approved too especially by a certain toddler  chowing down on a mango seed;-)

You're making me hungry!! That stir fry looks delish! Charlie is now three but I still have that battle of what can we make that he will also eat (he's gotten pickier as he's gotten older). These have given me some ideas for the next time we're together!

They look fantastic. And yes, if you can get the little one to eat it as well that is a definite bonus!!

We're still battling "real" food. Some days he's into it. Some days he throws his sweet potatoes on the floor.
