Seeds, seeds, seeds

I wish I had a green thumb, I really really do. Instead I am the opposite a plant killer. Plants don't seem to stay alive when they are around me. I think I even killed some succulents last year and I thought succulents were invincible especially around plant killers like myself. One reason I wish I had a green thumb so I could grow my own vegetables and herbs. How neat would it be for me to go out into my backyard, pick a few tomatoes, grab a handful of basil and make dinner, well I would need more than just basil and tomatoes, like mozzarrella and balsamic vinegar. Anyways, alas no garden for me like this year and every year. However, one of you lucky readers get the chance to grow your own vegetables and herbs. Do you like carrots, Swiss chard, black cherry tomatoes and baby lettuce blend? If you had dill, parsley, chives, sage and thyme growing in your garden, how would you make dinner using these herbs?

Today I want to feature Laura and Ryan and their organic seed business called Cubits - ethical seeds for edible gardens. Cubits is based out of Toronto, Canada that grows rare, heirloom and organic vegetable, herb and fruit seeds.

Today's giveaway is for 12 packs of seeds total - 6 herb (basil, dill, parsley, chives, sage and thyme) and 6 vegetable (colorful carrots, rainbow Swiss chard, rainbow radishes, baby lettuce blend, mixed beets and black cherry tomatoes)

How cute is their packaging by the way?

To enter this giveaway you must follow henning love via GFC, email or bloglovin. Please tell me how you follow.

Additional entries:
Like Cubits on Facebook
Favorite Cubits on Etsy
Tell me if you didn't win either pack of sees, what seeds you would purchase from them and favorite that pack in their Etsy shop (include link of what seed packet you would pick)
Follow me on Instagram (leave your Instagram name in the comment section)

The winner gets both packets of seeds. This giveaway is open until next Tuesday evening at 9pm PST.
For each entry you complete, you must leave me a comment telling me you did so.

So funny, I killed my succulents last summer. I was pretty embarrassed about it. I'm happy I'm not the only one!

I dream of the day when we have a place with a yard and I can start a garden. Though, I'm afraid I'd probably kill everything, too. I somehow managed to kill four succulents in the last six months...

My dream is to have a perfect little garden and be able to just run out to my backyard and grab some veggies! That's definitely not happening while living in downtown Chicago but hopefully one day!

Such a cool Etsy shop! My mom always had a huge veggie garden, and I remember loving to help her pick things when they were ready... if only I inherited her green thumb!! :)

OMG I'm totally a plant killer too! I've never been able to keep a plant alive. I currently have a dead orchid sitting on my work desk LOL! I'd love to have a garden but I know I'd never be able to keep it alive!

I actually have quite the green thumb and STILL managed to kill a succulent garden. I'm convinced I was set up. ;)

I've never tried to garden before because I don't have the space! We are renting a town home right now and have talked about trying to get a tomato plant to work, haha!
