Since moving to Riverside, we have been hecking out a new church each week to find one that fits us, will help us grow spiritually and be a great community we can raise our family up in. This past Sunday, we tried a church out in a city called Norco. Norco is known as Horse Town USA and I wasn't surprised to find a horse trailer hitched up to a truck parked in the church parking lot. I even told Sean during the service, are you surprised we aren't sitting on hay bales and the communion cup is served out of a mason jar? I know haha funny funny.
Before we went to church I was inspired by this outfit I saw on Pinterest:
After church, we went to lunch at Five Guys and I caught Sean staring at me and I asked him what and he said you look good, I like the booties with jeans. Then he proceeded to carry on for 5 more minutes on how he prefers booties to be worn with jeans, not dresses, and not shorts. He said that booties are wanna be boots. So according to Sean, I am never allowed to wear outfits with booties such as these including this first outfit that I wore to a concert back in May:

So there ladies I have been told what is fashionable when wearing booties according to my husband.

haha personally, i am more of a fan of the booties with pants, but that is more so because I think the booties make my legs look stumpy. damn my cankles!
I have a pair of boots like that but can't figure out how to wear them...good ideas :)
hahah Well at least Sean tries to help a girl out! I actually just bought my very first pair of booties last week. When I showed them to my husband while wearing a dress, he wasn't a fan at all either. I guess I'll have to show him my booties with jeans. These are great inspiration pictures!

lol thats funny- my husband is the same way... he gets picky in really random areas- loves everything I wear and then out of the blue something I've been doing I find out he hates:) Oh men, I guess they can have an opinion huh?
