For Two Fitness

You all know how important fitness and running has been to me for a long time, running half marathons, 5Ks and getting up each morning to start my day off with a run. My plan during this pregnancy was to continue running as much and as frequently as I could. Being healthy and maintaining my fitness is good not only for me but my son too. 

During the first trimester, I couldn't run as frequently as I did before getting pregnant, the tiredness and the sickness sometimes got the better of me. If I didn't run, I walked my dogs. When I needed to during a run, I would walk, I didn't want to push myself too hard or be disappointed in myself if I had to walk a bit during a run. Now that I am in the second trimester, runs are much easier although running with a growing belly has been interesting in a great way of course! 

Being comfortable is important especially when exercising and I have found For Two Fitness®
 workout apparel so comfortable. For Two Fitness promotes a healthy, fit pregnancy. I have been able to try out some of their apparel and I can attest it is very comfortable. I have been running in their Running For Two® racerback tank and the maternity workout capri
The sides of the tank are ruched like other maternity tops without it isn't restricting, the material is very breathable and lightweight.
The capris are easy to run in to and the belly panel can be rolled up or down to be worn throughout your pregnancy.

Oh my you are just adorable and I love this tank! I think I definitely need to go out for walks more often.. it's just so tempting to take a nap instead. :)

the hubs and i are TTC soon and i share the same philosophy as you. i plan to continue practicing yoga and running (though maybe no half marathons while pregnant). thanks for sharing! now i know i have clothing options when that time comes.
