Wine Tasting

Monday, Monday, Monday.... that is all I have to say about the beginning of the week being here again...

You know those emails you get some Groupon almost daily, well majority of the time I am not interested. They do have some amazing deals but most of the time the deals are not really local to where I live in L.A. or I am not interested in some plastic surgery discount. However, this time and it wasn't my finding, it was Katie who saw the Groupon for a wine tasting down in Temecula, which was a halfway meeting point for us. Before I go further, I realized that the past few weekends I have had plans with blogger friends turned real life friends. I never imagined this when I started blogging, I never knew the community you would find and the friendships that would develop about of blogging. I am very thankful for this aspect of blogging, very thankful.
Back to the weekend, Katie saw the Groupon and from there we planned to meet up with our husbands for an afternoon of hanging out and sipping some wine samples.
We met up at Keyways Winery and then walked literally the 0.1 miles to Robert Renzoni Vineyards.
From viognier to fume blanc and moscat, the four of us, me, Sean, Katie and her husband, Zach spent the afternoon just chatted away. You know those hours where the hours just seem to slip away from you... yup that is what happened, before I knew it, the time with Katie and Zach was over :-(
Just a few photos to share with you.

Aren't they adorable?

Just a bit for you, if you ever go to Robert Renzoni, expect to buy a bottle of wine and a bottle of their marinara sauce, that stuff is amazing.
Thank you for a wonderful afternoon Katie and Zach, looking forward to hanging out again soon!
p.s. Happy Birthday to my two children, Kip and Kimbia. Kip is 3 years old today and Kimbia is 2. Although we don't know her exact birthday we know it is in April so we just celebrate both of them today :-) If you want to say happy birthday to Kip on his facebook page.

Wow, this place is beautiful!! I've never been wine tasting (maybe that's why I'm not a fan of wine, haha), but I've always wanted to go. It looks like those wineries could take your breath away! P.S., I love when blogging friends turn into real ones. It's crazy how that happens. And very cool ;)

Have a nice week, Meg!
