Weekends go too fast

Good morning all!
Doesn't it seem that the weekend always go by too fast and like always Monday mornings are here again and I have to drag myself out of bed and start another week. This morning however I decided not to take my wonderful dog Kip on a run but to just enjoy my run and brought some music with me this time, kinda unusual for me to bring my iPod. Anyways it was a great run, a truly great way to start my Monday and my week off! Man I felt like I could just keep running and running, it was that great of a run. I truly enjoyed my run and I usually pray on my run so it was just me and God time.

Anyways how was your weekend?
Mine went by fast as always, but it was a wonderful still. My Sean and I headed out to a baseball game, minor league, with some friends for their $1 night meaning the hot dogs, sodas and ice cream sandwiches were just $1 each, can't beat that! Saturday I went and retouched my color. I must give a shout out to my fabulous hairstylist, Cherie who I have been going to regularly for over 4 years and she just does an amazing job. The color always turns out so brilliant. The rest of the weekend was spent cleaning, meaning a deep meaning. My Sean rented a carpet cleaner, I scrubbed each bathroom from top to bottom and scrubbed the wood floors in the kitchen and living room. Man, it was hard work but definitely worth the results. I love the feeling of a clean home, it just adds to when I have to go back to work on Monday. It feels like a renewing or freshness.

Hope you all had a terrific weekend and for your enjoyment some scenes from the weekend, and the grill that was purchased and assembled by my Sean.

                                      Friends!

                          My Sean, the grill master
Speaking of this terrific, we had a yummy meal of grilled steak, grilled corn on the cob and pumpkin nutmeg rolls. Tonight it is grilled chicken, can you tell we like to grill our dinners?

I had a great weekend with you too wifey! I look forward to more great weekends and experiences with you. By the way, Kip already dirtied up part of the floors, sorry! I will clean it up for you. Looking forward to more grilled dinner dates! Love you.
