why wine about it?

This week has been absolutely wonderful, well the last 5 days in fact, due to Sean being home every single day. This week it is spring break at the university he coaches at and took Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday off for us to spend time as a family. It has been pure bliss getting all this time as a family of three. Some days were staying around the house to get things done type days, other days it has been lets visit friends who became new parents in the last several months and one day called for some vino tasting.

So this husband of mine

and this (sleeping) babe of mine
headed down to wine country (Temecula) spent some quality time drinking crushed and fermented grapes (me and Sean).

It was a beautiful day with beautiful views and wine tasting on a Tuesday afternoon means you pretty much have the place to yourself and the employees at the wineries to give you all their wine knowledge.

What did I tell you about the beautiful views?

p.s. if you are looking for a great winery to try in the Temecula area, go to Robert Renzoni, our favorite winery and if you like a sweet white like me, you need to try their moscato d'asti. It is a can't miss!
