Happy day after the 4th of July and a special shout-out to a special bloggy friend, Callie, whose birthday is today! I hope you have a wonderful birthday sweet friend! xoxo
How was your 4th? Festive? Yesterday our day started out with a 5K, an annual tradition. Sean finished 2nd in his age group, yay babe! My running partner, Sarah and her boyfriend joined us as well.
In the afternoon we had a few other couples over for a BBQ and in my opinion a potluck is the best 4th of July menu and paper plates is totally acceptable. As well as paper straws and mason jars :-)
Just a few photos from our day:
Sean made these games last year!
The spread!
Not made by me, but my friend Amber
