Getting My Rodeo On...

Happy Monday bloggy world! I hope you had a terrific weekend and for those of you who don't have today off as a holiday, then I'm sorry.
Just a quick half marathon re-cap, let's start with I woke up 3 minutes before my running partner was coming over for the time we were leaving, oops! Yesterday's race wasn't my best race. I kinda fell apart in the middle of the race because I felt sick like I felt like I had a fever and chills at the same time. However, I finished thanks to the great help of my husband running alongside me. My time was 1:52. I get home, look down at the strip we had to put on our shoes that had the timing device and the wrong strip was put on my shoe. So I have no official time, I have no time at all.
My running partner ran great by the way!

Sean and I spent Sunday afternoon at the rodeo. I love the rodeo and look forward to it every year.
From the barrel racing to the bill riding, it is thrilling and it all moves very fast.
Opening up with rodeo with the LA County Sheriff's parachuting team...

We saw bronc riding

And tie down roping.

We saw lots of hats.

I got to wear my booties and polka dot chambray shirt and hang out with this handsome cowboy all afternoon and it was glorious.

That was our cowboy afternoon!
