Going green (for St. Patrick's Day!)

Yippee!!  Friday is here again, I love I can always count on Friday making its presence once a week. Any fun weekend plans for you, my friends? Anyone celebrating St. Patrick's Day tomorrow? I have to say I was a bit surprised when I saw a few bars where I live opening up at 6am! I mean 6am, that is getting started really early.  If you do plan on celebrating, just be safe and smart about it.
I like a good green color, especially a bold forest green color. J.Crew makes some beautiful forest green pieces so I had to incorporate that into this week's outfit.
Here is my St. Patrick's Day inspired outfit, which I have linked up over at long distance loving.

st. paddy's day outfit

Just two outfits for you to view this week.

The next outfit is a Pinspiration-outfit. I am loving polka dots a lot lately, just like I love stripes. The dress is from Old Navy and a great royal blue color, I just love it.
Here is the Pinspiration.

My re-creation.

Have a great weekend everyone, apparently we are suppose to have some major storms tomorrow and Sunday. I am a bit jealous because everyone in blogworld is talking about the amazing weather they are having and how in California are we experiencing bad weather? Oh well, it just gives me a chance to stay inside, snuggle up with my husband and dogs more and get some things done around the house. Signing off for the weekend!

6am??? Weren't we just talking about that?! I love the color green so much, and that skirt is right up my alley. I'm a bit excited about the rain for the weekend, one last hoorah all snuggled up and cozy inside. Hope you have a cozy and fun St. Patrick's Day!

Love the outfits! I'm wearing my green jeans tomorrow :) I love the green and navy trend so i'm going to see if I can find a cute navy top to pair it with. I never thought of mixing mustard yellow with green but I really like that look. I have some yellow suede flats from anthropolgie that look really similar to the ones you have pictured. I may have to live on the edge and pair them with my st. patricks ensemble :)
