I am a blessed woman and guest post

Happy Thursday! Today I am guest posting over at Holly's blog, Perfectly Imperfect, come join me over there. I am doing a little series titled A Day In the Life Of... but I didn't want to take up too much of your time so I didn't do a whole day I just did my morning. Come see me there!

I did want to spend a bit of time today on some thoughts I have been having the past couple of days which boils down to this, I am a blessed woman!
*I am a blessed woman because I have a husband who loves me through the good and the bad, a man who will not run away when problems occur between us, will always return to his family, and leads me every day in striving to life that God calls us to live.
*I am a blessed woman because when my husband is away I have plenty of friends that I
can meet and catch up with!
*I am a blessed woman because I have a weekly bible study that provides accountability and the ladies in that group when one husband is out of town on business, we make sure that wife have friends to keep her enjoy. Case in point, our bible study was cancelled last night, but a few of us still decided to meet somewhere for dinner to have that fellowship time.
*I am a blessed woman who have a job, have a car that drives me to work, has two dogs that I love coming home to
*I am a blessed woman and it is not because of my own accord or anything I have necessarily done, I am a blessed woman because I have a loving God who created me who has given me everything I have and I owe everything to Him!
*I am a blessed woman because I have an education up through my Masters degree
*I am a blessed woman because I have two parents who love me dearly and two siblings just as much even when we fight
*I am a blessed woman because my parents-in-law are so wonderful, they have been warm and inviting since I first met them, always been very helpful and love me like a daughter
*I am a blessed woman thanks to all you fellow bloggers who are so kind with your comments and truly make me smile, thank you to each and everyone of you!
*I am a blessed woman whose heart is overflowing right now
Each heart in this picture represents something I am very grateful for.

What is hanging from your branch today?

Love it!! It's so easy to think of the things going wrong with our life, or things we'd like to change... But I think the more we count our blessings, the more we find we have. <3

I love this too, and I agree it's so easy to forget our blessings...but when we think about them the list is endless. Love your post Meg!!! Such a great reminder to be grateful for what we have!

Lovely post! I love when people are greatful for the things that they have. I continually feel so blessed to have all that I have and wish more people took the time to think about what they have instead of complaining about what they don't have.
Hope you have a good day!

Great post Meg! There are so many things to be thankful for when we take the time to stop and think about them. Something I think we all need to do more often. I was thankful today for a lunch date with a long time girlfriend. It was fun getting caught up after a hectic summer.

Great post! It's easy for us to feel sorry for ourselves and see the bad in our lives but it's GREAT to take the time to think about all we do have and should be thankful for :)
