Today I am thrilled to feature one of Etsy's newest shops, Made in the Shade.
All products are made by Becky and she started the shop when a few friends started asking to buy her DIY projects and thus the idea for the shop was born! To introduce her shop and products, I conducted an interview with her.
What are a few of your favorite projects to make?
My favorite things to make are the shirts and the wedding decorations

Where do you get your inspiration from?
I get my inspiration from all over - a lot comes from Pinterest and HGTV. Believe it or not my husband got me hooked on that channel. It started mostly because we did a ton of DIY things (invites, decorations, etc) for my wedding and now I did it again for my sisters.
Your items are super cute! Will you be expanding your shop to include new items soon?
Yes there are new products coming this week! You will have to come by my shop to check out my new items :-)
How cute are the banners, the t-shirts and the invitations she makes. I wish I was planning my wedding to include some of her decorations and of course wear that Mrs. shirt on the honeymoon!
p.s. Becky would love to do custom orders as she loves a challenge!

I love that ampersand t-shirt! Becky is really creative. It's hard to create something beautiful without holding back, and she achieved that without bursting into a creative mess. The colors on her products all mix and match well. That is definitely one great shop to explore. Thanks for sharing that! More power to the both of you! :)
