I got out of my pjs!

Geesh when was the last time I did an outfit post? I would say I am WAY overdue in posting some of my outfits here on the blog. I live in pjs or yoga pants most of the day, blame it on the unemployment. In case you are wondering, I do shower every day single day, if I didn't that would just be gross.
Having an iPhone makes it easier to take outfit of the day photos, I no longer have to wait around until my husband gets home to be my camera man.
I have had reasons to get dressed lately like two interviews in the past week, dinner with friends and coffee with other friends. Plus right now a friend of Sean's is staying with us, so I can't stay in my lazy unemployment clothes all day.

Here are my two recent interview outfits. I like wearing a pencil skirt and a blazer to an interview, it makes me feel powerful and professional.

Both pencil skirts are from J.Crew Factory, the bottom striped top is also J.Crew Factor, the blazer and top shirt are Gap.

These two are my more casual hanging out with friends outfit. If you saw on instagram, I wore the creme de la creme sweatshirt with yoga pants all day long. Sean called me before dinner time saying we were meeting friends last minute for dinner. So I threw on the maxi skirt, bam, instant outfit!

If you want to see more of my outfits throughout the week, follow me on instagram @henninglove
or message me to ask if I got out of my pjs recently :-)
Have a great weekend all, cant wait to chat with you on Monday!
xoxo

So cute! I hope the interviews went well!!! I feel like I live in yoga pants and no makeup in my unemployment stage. Which isn't the best for my sanity. I should be taking the time to work out a lot more than I have been...instead I have been reading book after book on the couch, ha.

Very cute. Love the red pencil skirts. I just bought a gray one and haven't quite figured out how to style it so I'll definitely try a blazer! Now if only I could walk in heels.

Great interview outfits! I also love the one with the long skirt! I'm in the hunt to buy a long skirt myself!

Between unemployment and motherhood I'm always in a "momiform" which basically consists of leggings or yoga pants so I feel for ya! Your outfits are really cute!! One thing I did learn is even if I'm going to be in "comfy" clothes I'll spruce it up even if it means applying minimal make up. It makes me feel less "blah" some days. :)
